Yeah, not useful for that. I used to use it a lot because I have a young teenager who will sometimes call when I'm in a meeting- sometimes more than once- and then message. Being able to say " in meeting call back at 3" saves time and prevents hurt feelings, and if she has an urgent question then she can text right away
