That is correct, Alice. Best to allow to almost run down the first few times, and run a full charge cycle to 100%. I also read somewhere not to let the battery run right down.

That's what I thought Daniel. I noticed my iPhone 4 got better battery life after a few charges. Others have said no, that's not true. Maybe the battery thing is still a controversy? All I know is that I see battery life get better after a few full discharges and full recharges.
