[apple-iphone] Slightly off topic - iPad value

I have not completely decided yet - but I am considering the possibility/probability of putting my iPad on eBay.

It is a 64GB Wi-Fi, first generation, with case and charger. It has had a Zagg (or equivalent) protector on the screen since it was new. It is almost in like-new condition.

I don't use it that much - and I'm looking to upgrade my old iPhone 4 (32 GB)to the iPhone 5 (64 GB), once the hype has settled and they are more readily available. So, naturally, I am going to need funds to make the IPhone 5 purchase. (I was really hoping for 128 GB.)

What is a fair price for a barely used iPad of the type I mentioned? Say it's in nearly new / excellent condition.... I plan to decide, and probably list it on eBay, either this week or next, and I want to be fair to both me and the buyer.

My iPhone 4 is still working fine, other than a sometimes slow-to-respond home button (dirty?), so I am in no rush to buy the new iPhone, but it'll be before too long.

Thanks in advance for any opinions.

The notes field contains valuable information for me. I used to have to use a third-party program called ABSearch. Good thing, ABSearch apparently does not work with iOS 6.
