One can have maximum 200 messages and 4 line preview on iPhone 4 with original OS. There is no method of increasing memory of initial message download. One has to press " download the rest". It is a bug which bothers those who download when in wifi hotspot zone and read later but do not wish to use cellular data.

But the messages are truncated unless I go to the end and touch the "Press here to download remaining [message portion]." Is there a way to increase the size of message capacity?
