As I understand, the "booster" is a device that uses your WiFi/internet
to make and receive calls. You are still charged minutes but you are
using your internet/WiFi. Your current booster is ATT, you would need to
buy the Verizon version booster to help your 4S.
Have you tried updating your phone *228 ?
You should take the 4S back to Apple or Verizon and get a replacement
tomorrow! The 4S has the fixed antenna and should have as good/better
reception than an android phone. If one Verizon phone is getting and
making calls they both should.
