I have had no problems with the MicroCell since upgrading to 5.0 or 5.0.1.

BTW, AT&T offered me a MicroCell for free about a year ago. Reception at our house is really awful, but just down the street reception is fine, so my whole are can't be designated "poor reception". It works fine for me.
