[apple-iphone] Re: I need some advise.

 

(1) Use Google Earth, it is a free app.
(2) Tap find your location icon in lower left.
(3) Do a screen capture by doing the home and power buttons at the same time.

When you come out to find your car:

(1) Open the camera roll and find the screen capture you did. That will give you the GPS coordinates where you parked. BUT NOT A PICTURE OF YOUR CAR!
(2) Open Google Earth
(3) Hit the current location icon and get the GPS coordinates where you are.
(4) Walking around a bit and hitting the current location icon should allow you to match up the GPS coordinates. Your car should be somewhere close by.

This obviously works best in large parking lots. And assumes you know which direction to walk to match up the GPS coordinates.
