I agree, I think a case is a necessity if you want to keep it safe. I wouldn't want to just throw it in my purse without being protected.

I agree. Cases do increase size. But I have seen many many cracked
iPhones.

I have the otter. Will be looking. At lifeproof to see if it a little
better
