Same here -- largest storage available on my 3G, 3GS, 4, and 4S.
But I find I'm not changing or increasing the content I've put on it, and still have half the capacity of the 64 GB 4S available, so I don't think I'll pay the extra $100 for 128 GB, even if it's available.
