[apple-iphone] How to find out how much space is being used by each app?

 

Can anyone help me with this, please?

iTunes is showing that too much space on my iPhone 4S is being used by
the apps I've installed. I want to cut down on them.

Is there a way to find a list of the Apps that in order of those that
are using the most space, showing how much space is used by each App, so
I can concentrate on eliminating those first?
