There are two MotionX apps. MotionX GPS is basically for about anything except driving -- walking, running, hiking, biking, etc. MotionX Drive is the vehicle app that includes turn-by-turn directions. Voice navigation is an in-app purchase although I think you can test drive that for some time before having to purchase.
