I have the same problem dealing with syncing Outlook with iCloud. I have developed some ad hoc solution using Cloud2sync iCloud to Outlook sync plugins. It worked well in Windows 8, but when I upgraded to Windows 10, that’s when the problem started to occur. My solution? I have migrated all my data: contacts and calendar to Office 365, and started to use Outlook for both Windows and Macintosh. I really like the features in Office 365 email (MS Exchange).
Since you are a user of Office 365, and depending upon the version of Office 365 you have, it might include an exchange email service. The advantage over iCloud is that you can use your own domain name, and at the same time you can still use the native Contacts, Calendar, and Email apps on the iPhone.
I use both Macintosh and Windows, and moving to Office 365 for both personal and professional email, contacts, and calendar use has really improved the way I synchronize my business data on both Windows and Macintosh.

Subject: [apple-iphone] Windows 10, Office 365 and iCloud
I have used an iPhone 6 Plus for some time syncing the Calendar with iCloud and my version of Outlook's Calendar too, Very successful. Now I have switched to Windows 10 and Office 365, icloud will not communicate with Outlook. I understand from the Apple Support site that this is known. Has anyone any advice please?
