My brother in law has an iPhone 6 that has started acting up. Every couple of days it seems to lose the connection with his telephone network. He's in a 4G area and the 4G goes away. When he reboots the phone, it reconnects and works for a couple days…then it goes out again.
I had him Reset Network Settings, then Reset All Settings. Neither step worked.
Apple authorized dealer replaced his SIM card. They say if he leaves it with them for a few days, they might be able to fix it or they'll replace it.
I was hoping to find some solution that didn't require that.
His phone has the latest system.
Any thoughts?
David
