iOS 9.3.3 on 6 Plus: Don't have this problem; there's no Safari setting that I can see that would change that. There is a problem with that in Mail, however. Perhaps that's what you're in. There are two opposing arrows that you tap there to open it up.

When I view a website that has text too small to read easily on the phone, I used to rotate the phone to 'landscape' view and the text in the wider view was easier to read.  Since installing the latest OS when I do this I get a split screen with a cramped view of the site in the right side of the screen and a window on the left offering views of Shared Links, Reading List or Bookmarks.  Either this is a result of the 9.3.3 installation or I have inadvertently changed a setting I can't find.   I would appreciate advice on changing this.
