I ran iOS 9.3.3 Beta all the way through the test and had no problems. There are no obvious changes. Only security updates.
I am now running iOS 10 Public Beta 2 and it does have a few small problems.
I have found nothing in either to make it unusable.
iOS 10 should be out to everyone in 6 to 8 weeks.
I have a 6S Plus.
I have the same report (except I didn't do the 9.3.3 as a beta).
