The top post on page 3 by d!mi09, but it seems like a lot of work if you have to enter the country code to a lot of numbers in you Contacts.

She sends SMS to those numbers just fine, so I don't get the problem she has with making the calls. Other people in Asia facing same problem, it's weird.
