[apple-iphone] New user needs help

 

I bought an iPhone 3Gs to use with Straight Talk. The phone works fine but I can't go online away from home/wifi. Can I fix that?

Also, I registered with itunes but my registration didn't "connect" with the itunes store, so I can't buy ringtones - spent 1:34 on the phone with itunes support and still can't connect with itunes store.
