we do what you are seeking to do with our 4's, tom. we have a single
iTunes login but each phone is recognized independently when I connect them
to iTunes. we back-up to the PC only and not the cloud but I can't see why
each phone wouldn't have it's own identity in the cloud just as it does on
the PC.

Could someone give me a few tips on how to manage two new 5s on the same
itunes acct.? We both use the same PC with different logins. I pay the phone
bill and both are on my ATT acct. I used to have two seperate itunes accts,
but I think it would be easier to manage them on my acct. as I am the one
who does all the syncing and updating. Will each phone have a separate
icloud backup, and are there any potential problems with this setup?
