Hi Allison. If you are not against using google docs you can get a note app - I use notemaster that syncs with google. You can add a doc on your pc through google and the set up notemaster to sync to google. All devices could sync to the same account in google so they could get up to date instructions. Notemaster works well for me but there are others that can do that too.

If you didn't need the pc then groceryIQ is good for shopping
