[apple-iphone] FACE TIME ISSUE - NOT CONNECTING DESPITE IN A WIFI ZONE

 

Hello

I am trying to contact a friend on facetime. My friend has the iPhone 4 and I have the iPhone 4S.

When I ring the cell-phone number, it rings but my friend doesn't receive the ringing on their end and vice-versa despite being in a wifi area.

Any suggestions?
