I would be very surprised if the time you reset your data usage coinsides with when AT&T restarts their count. AT&T doesn't track data instantly, it lags real usage by some amount. That is apparent by comparing the stats in tha AT&T app to actual usage. I don't think there is a way to accuratly compare one to the other.
