Facebook - you can use MyPad and a lot of other 3rd party apps.
Twitter - uberSocial can take care of that.

As far as Facebook is concerned one way to have two users is to have the Facebook ap downloaded where one enters as user 1, and then open Facebook on safari and sign in as user 2. Actually using safari one can have a large number of users after signing in and bookmarking.
