This iCloud calendar sharing information if from the Apple Support Community:

at www.iCloud.com

You sign in, click the calendar icon,
in the list of calendar's on the left
-> you should see a faint icon to the right of the calendar name.
click that,
type the email address of the user you want to share with,
and whether you let them just View or View and Edit.
