[apple-iphone] How do I send a Photo from my Mac to my iPhone?

 

MBPro with 10.6.8, iPhoto, Aperature

iPhone 4, OS 5.1

I thought I could just drag it from iPhoto onto my iPhone within iPhoto, but that does not work.
