I'm curious as to why you don't want to use mint.com.

I'm using it and want to head off problems!

I am looking for an application to possibly replace Quicken on my PC. I am looking for an app that can be used on my iDevices as well as from my PC. I want it to be able to download transactions from most banks. I do not want to use mint.com. Any suggestions?
