[apple-iphone] what is the best list app?

 

I would like to have a list app that I can sync across devices so I
can assign chores to kids or send grocery list to husband. It would be
great if I could add to it from my PC as I do not like to type a lot on
my iPhone and the iPad is usually at work.

What do you all think is the one best app for things like that.
