Re: [apple-iphone] Re: 4 Days Until the New iPhone

A few iterations ago of iPhone... I want to say the 3 to the 3S, they came in less than a year apart and Apple talked [forced] AT&T to honor upgrades without the penalty $299 vs. $699--or something like that. Well, as the 4S came out last October, and this is coming in less than a year apart once again, I wonder if Apple will ask [force] all the carriers to honor the upgrade price when the iP5 comes out next week?

I got a 4S, and all the generations before it, and I plan to get a 5 just as soon as AT&T will let me upgrade. The A6 chip, 4G-LTE, the larger screen, the thinner body, and hopefully the aluminum back are all enough reason to get one of these new delights.

I am just wondering if all the "leaks" weren't manifested by Apple and they are going to pull a switcheroony and give us a whole different iPhone 5 than the one's that have been so documented these past few months?
