If you haven't already, you could try rebooting your phone.  This procedure is accomplished by holding both the "home" button and the "power" button on the right side of the phone until the apple logo comes up.  It will take a few seconds for the logo to appear.

 

As with any computer, from time to time, a reset is beneficial.

I have updated my iPad by iOS 10.2, but now it is taking more and more time to download a item. Like, Over the night I could not download Facebook and messenger? What should I do? Please help me.
