Rezaul, Here is what I would do

1.) make sure there are no running applications (double click then swipe up) everything that is running on your iPhone.

3.)Try when the Internet is not so busy. For example, weekdays at 9am the Internet is extremely busy because so many people are getting to work and logging on. Ditto for most of Sat and Sun.

4.) Run a speedtest to make sure your connection to the Internet is clean.
