One issue with iTunes WiFi syncing with iMac and iPhone/iPad; both device as stated on the iOS6 devices need to be on the same WiFi network, but what is not stated is that the iMac must have iTunes open. This is after, of course, one has configured the iPhone/iPad to use iTunes WiFi syncing which requires connecting via USB cable (one time setup, then not after that).
So the only advantage is no USB connection needed. I was expecting it would be much like the iCloud syncing, which only requires both devices be turned on.
Am I missing something here?
