Thanks for your information , anyway I lost my phone at phuket and I'm using local number , I came from indonesia .

I already blocked via find my iphone . Is it guarantee or I must call my provider company ( indonesia or phuket ) ?

Please advide .

If you installed the Find My Iphone app, you can do it via that . You can
also call your phone company and ask them to do it, they may ask for your
phone's serial number and your account password.
