I'm not sure exactly what you mean or which areas of multitasking you mean, but in mail for example I can't just swipe down a list of mail like I used to to delete several of them.
I think that happened with the new system upgrade. I have to either command click each one to hightlight more t han one and then
delete them or I have to shift click the first one and last one I want to highlight all the mail inbetween or I can highlight them all
which I rarely want to do with commandA or a gesture from the bottom past the last email up to the top. I find this to have created a lot more busy work for me. And I'd like it back the way it was.
