[apple-iphone] Bringing up a partial Siri screen

 

Previously, holding down the home button would bring up only part of a Siri screen. I could look at my browser or email on screen and tell Siri to dial or route. (If data is in clickable format, this is not necessary.)

With this iOS, the entire screen pops up, so I'm forced to scrawl out phone numbers etc. Is there a way to "un-fix" this not-broke feature?
