[apple-iphone] Turning off location services

 

Hi everyone,

I have the iPhone 4S running OS 6.1.2. At some point recently, I turned on location services, and now it will not let me turn it off (it is grayed out.) I've tried everything I know to fix this, and am stumped. Any suggestions!
