Not really. Bluetooth is kind of "dumb". The easiest solution would be to use the Sirius and/or xm apps on your phone so all audio goes thru the phone via Bluetooth to the cars sound system.
The phone actually pairs three profiles "Handsfree" which is your phone (inbound and outbound calls, etc), "Phonebook" which is your contacts, recent calls, etc and "A2DP" which is your music, alerts, app sounds, etc. A2DP is what the audio system uses so when you switch inputs to cd, am, fm, satellite, etc you are no longer using the audio "input" of your phone (but it is sill connected and using Handsfree and Phonebook as it would any regular or smart phone).
Another option is using the wired aux input but that still wouldn't solve your issue of switching to satellite inputs. So we are back to using your phone for all audio, so it really depends on if you want to listen to satellite radio enough to pay the extra $$$ to add your phone if they charge for it. Personally I didn't renew my subscription once the free trial ran out and always listen to iTunes and/or podcasts and/or other app audio (pandora, spotify, etc).
