I probably didn't explain the problem as well as I should. The random screenshot happens when only the sleep/lock it button is pressed. The home button is never pressed when it takes a random screenshot.
I just tried your suggestion, Bill. It still takes a screenshot every once in a while, but this time there was a different result. The phone didn't lock up like before. Not sure what is happening with this phone, but it is going back to Apple for an exchange.
