I accept the fact Siri can't locate places or book a seat at a restaurant in my country but why is she having problems making calls from my contacts on phone? She searched the web for me fine. But says unable to make calls. I asked her to call my husband and then my daughter, she asked for their names which I gave, then she asked if she wants her to remember their names and I said yes! Then she tried to make the call but said sorry she can't make the call! Weird!
