[apple-iphone] Unpairing doesn't work

Hi,

I am trying to unpair a bluetooth device (Xlink BTTN) as it won't connect. After it is unpaired I will try again to pair and connect it.

From the Book I tried this;

Unpairing a Bluetooth device from iPhone
You can unpair a Bluetooth device if you don't want to use it with iPhone any more.
Unpair a Bluetooth device: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn on Bluetooth. Tap next to the device name, then tap "Forget this Device."

This doesn't work as "Forget this Device" is grayed out.

Any suggestions?

TIA,
