After Reminders is upgraded, it will sync between iOS devices and the watch, but not on the Mac unless Catalina is installed. I had to reboot my watch for the Reminders app to display properly after the upgrade..

I updated my iPhone 7S and Apple Watch 3 to the latest iOS. Now when I make an addition to my Shopping list in Reminders it appears on my Apple Watch, but the reverse doesn't happen anymore.
The Reminder app mentions an upgrade is available. Do I need to do the upgrade so additions from the Watch appear on the iPhone? Doesn't make sense to me, but who knows?
Also, when I checked the app list on the iPhone's Watch app, "Reminders" no longer is listed. I'm confused!
