I've discovered that if I tap a photograph, a different screen appears with a dustbin
But the new system is far more complicated than the previous.

Maybe restart the phone as mine works same as it always has. Press on a photo
and then press on the little trash can at the bottom right. Or press on the "select"
at the top right, choose multiple photos, then click the little trash can at the bottom
right.
If yours is not there sounds like the update did not go right.

I have upgraded to iOS 13.1.2
I now find that I cannot delete any of the photographs on my iPhone
It used to be simple - one touched the dustbin icon below photos that were NOT wanted because they were blurred, transferred to computer or whatever but I now cannot see any dustbins.
Why are Apple making life so complicated?
