> It sounds like the proximity sensor is not sensing your head. It is supposed to turn off the screen when you hold the phone up to your head. The sensor is just above the speaker (that's above the screen). Have you recently put a screen protector on your phone? The screen protector I have has a cut out so the proximity sensor isn't blocked.
