[apple-iphone] Old iPhone without data?

 

Last I checked, AT&T doesn't allow an iPhone without a data plan.

I would like to give my husband my old iPhone when I upgrade so he will have ease of use for calling and checking addresses. Do any of the new providers allow iPhone "phone only" contracts?

We are retired and go pretty much everywhere together. We don't need two data plans!
