[apple-iphone] Switching iPhones help

 

Hello group,

I have been a bit of a lurker but I now need your assitance with adding an iPhone to my verizon plan. I will be buying the 4s by Friday (along with an iPad) and am wanting to trickle my 4 iPhone to the other person on my line. Basically I am adding them, using their line to buy the 4s than wanting to move the 4s to my line and swap the 4 to them.

My question is this something that has to be done in the store or can I just call verizon and have them do the switch over the phone? With my other smart phones its never been an issue but the iPhone is all new territory to me.
