Same here. Some difficulty updating then a new user agreement. A lot of interrupted updates.

Mine hung for awhile this morning and then I got a message to accept a new iTunes end user agreement. Once I did that it went ahead and updated the apps I had waiting. I am sure that the delay has something to do with the new iOS being released today.
