 Block unwanted calls and Text?

There are no doubt other ways to handle this but I will share with you what is the best and most effective one IMHO.

Get a google account, then sign up for google voice. Google voice is free!

Change your personal number, (this will no doubt cost something).

Give your GOOGLE VOICE number to everyone and anyone.

Google Voice can filter all your message and calls. Send them to voicemail, block them or route them directly to you.


Still have an old fashioned pots line at home? Have google voice route the call to either your home of cell number or both.


Just my 2cent idea. I have used google voice since long before it was google voice. It's a sweet sweet solution and gives you your privacy back.


NEVER EVER give anyone your real phone number especially any hospital or billing company. They will share it with the world and will defeat the whole purpose. Only give out the google voice number.
