There is an app called PhotoSync that makes it easy to transfer through
wifi between computers and idevices. Otherwise you can connect your iPhone
to your computer by cable and use windows explorer to click on your device
and drill down to the DCIM folder and then click on photos you want and copy
them to any folder you want.
