The easiest way is to simply connect your phone to the PC via usb cable.
the phone will appear as a connected device is windows explorer. Then just drag and drop the photos to whatever folder you'd like.

I have had my iPhone 5 just a week now and have taken some great pictures. Now how I can transfer those pictures to my Win7 PC.
