I would try rebooting the phone by holding down the On/Off and Home buttons together until the Apple logo appears on your screen.

Hello to all,
I'm having a very odd problem with my iPhone 7+ since updating to iOS 12.1.1
My volume keeps going way down low all by itself. I've been checking it about every 10 minutes and the slider is about 3 bars from the bottom... I raise it back up to full - and when I check it again it's down again.

It's also affecting my call ringtone. Each time I receive a phone call the volume of the ringtone is way down (3 bars as well). Problem is I am not able to raise the volume before answering the call, and when in the call the volume is normal (high) as it should be.

I've checked all my settings, they all show my volume as being all the way up.

Any suggestions or ideas?
