I am quite happy with iOS 11.3. I have an iPhone 6S and an iPad Series 2 and I was having significant lag issues prior to the update. My phone and iPad are back to their zippy selves. I think part of my problem is that I have a lot of photos in iCloud and I use iCloud backup (plus the odd backup to my Mac as iCloud only backups part of what i want it to).
Anyway, I am very happy with the update myself.
