I got off the phone with Apple Support a few minutes ago. I have had a problem getting iTunes working after the "upgrade" to 12.7. I've beat on the issue a few times over the last couple of months as time permitted without success. Trying to keep my calendars synchronized without iTunes was steadily driving me nuts.
While it took an hour to figure out the root issue the support technician was kind, helpful, and tenacious. Ultimately we got things sorted out.
I spoke with a manager to share my positive experience. I thought to share it here as well.
